What is the Capital Improvement Fee?

The capital improvement fee is a designated fund intended to support various enhancements and upgrades to our facility. This fee will be used for essential improvements, including:

- Facility Upgrades: Renovations and repairs to existing structures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all users.

- Equipment Purchases: Acquisition of new goals, nets, and other sports equipment to enhance the quality of play.

- Maintenance and Repairs: Ongoing maintenance of the facility and equipment to ensure everything is in optimal condition.

- Enhancements to Amenities: Improvements to spectator areas, restrooms, and parking facilities to improve the overall experience for players and visitors.
