Rush Union offers a variety of clinics throughout the year.  Below are the most common opportunities offered.

Clinics are free to attend unless otherwise stated. 

Advanced Recreation Skills Clinics (CANCELED)

Our Skills Clinics are held every spring and fall seasons. These clinics are open to players of all abilities and ages who would like to take advantage of an additional weekly practice with our professional trainers. The players will be taught the fundamental skills of soccer through age appropriate activities in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Finishing Clinics (Mondays)

These sessions are open to current Academy and Select players

Sessions will focuses on improving a player's ability to score goals. We will help players develop the skills and confidence to score from different angles and distances. 

All sessions are at Brook Run Park - Field 1 (during the regular season)
Mondays: 6-7pm

Technical:
Handling ,Footwork, Diving, High Balls/Flight of Ball, Reactions, Fitness, Distribution 

Tactical/Game Situation:
1 v 1, Corners, Free Kicks, Goal Kicks (for younger  GK), Crosses, Communication, Proper Warm-up
